Privacy Policy

Request Mark collects account, workspace, board, feedback, voting, and integration data needed to provide feedback board software. Public board visitors may be identified by a refId supplied in a board link.

We use this information to authenticate users, operate feedback boards, process votes and comments, route selected requests into integrations, support billing, and improve the product.

We do not sell personal data. Customers are responsible for choosing appropriate refId values and for sharing board links only with intended users.
